Shipping policy

Order Processing

All NOMA & CO prints and products are made to order.
Once your order is placed, it is automatically sent to our production partners for printing, quality control, and packaging.

  • Processing time: typically 2–5 business days
    (may vary during holidays or high-demand periods)

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (when available).


Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping destination and the local carrier.
Estimated transit times:

  • Europe: 3–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 4–12 business days

  • UK: 3–8 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–20 business days

These are estimates only. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address

  • Product type

  • Weight and dimensions

All shipping fees are displayed before completing your order.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Local handling fees

These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer.

We cannot predict or influence the cost of these fees.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking availability may vary depending on the destination and local carrier.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your address before completing your order.
If the carrier cannot deliver the package due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the parcel will be:

  • Returned to sender AND safely disposed of by the carrier

  • Not eligible for a refund

If you wish to receive your order, you will need to place a new order with the correct address.

We cannot modify an address once the order has been sent to production.


Lost Packages

If your package appears lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

After verification, we may issue:

  • A replacement, when confirmed lost in transit
    (according to our Return & Quality Policy)

Customers contacting us after 30 days may not be eligible for replacement.


Returned-to-Sender Packages

Orders may be returned to sender for several reasons:

  • Wrong / incomplete address

  • Refused delivery

  • Unclaimed package at pick-up point

In all cases:

  • The returned package is disposed of by the carrier

  • A new order must be placed for reshipment

  • We may refund the product price of your new order
    (shipping costs remain your responsibility)

You must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.


Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will investigate and, if valid, send a free replacement or provide a refund if a replacement is not possible.

Delivery Delays

NOMA & CO is not responsible for delays due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Local strikes

  • Peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
