At Noma & Co, each print is made to order especially for you. We partner with trusted print providers to ensure high-quality artwork and a smooth delivery experience.
Below you will find our full return and quality policy.
1. Quality Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters to us.
If you are not happy with the quality of your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. We will investigate your request and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
If our quality assurance team confirms the issue, we will gladly offer one of the following:

A free replacement, shipped to you as soon as possible.

A refund, if a replacement is not feasible or if you prefer not to wait.
What is covered:

Damaged prints or frames

Printing defects
-
Incorrect quantity

Quality issues unrelated to the artwork file
What is not covered:
Please note that small color variations are possible. Printing involves chemical processes, and factors such as machine type, paper type, humidity, or cleaning cycles may cause slight differences. These variations remain within industry tolerance and are not covered by the quality guarantee.
2. Damaged or Defective Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will take full responsibility and cover the cost of producing a new order.
Simply reach out to us with photos and your order number.
3. No Returns (Made-to-Order Products)
Because each product is custom-made specifically for your order, we do not accept physical returns.
There is no return address, and returned packages are not restockable or reusable.
If you wish to receive a new item, a new order will need to be placed.
4. Lost Orders
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will be happy to send a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Returned-to-Sender Situations
If an order is returned to the sender, the package is safely disposed of by the carrier.
In this case, please place a new order within 30 days and contact us so that we can arrange a refund for the product price of the new order.
(Shipping fees remain at your charge.)
Returned-to-sender scenarios may occur when:

Incorrect or incomplete address: The courier cannot deliver.

Package refused by recipient: The shipment is rejected at delivery.

Unclaimed package: The parcel was not picked up at the local carrier’s pickup point.
